Bell In-Store Training
The Project
Create three training videos that communicate:
- Communicating in the right language for the right customer
- Identifying customer motivators and communicating accordingly
- How to craft open-ended questions to engage conversation
These videos will be duplicated on USB keys to be used by Bell trainers when conducting on-site training sessions.
The Creative
These videos could have been a dry and dull lesson in sales techniques; however, Bell wanted something fun that would engage their staff. In order to inject some fun into the scenarios, while maintaining a tangible working environment, Blink created an animated world. We used animation of live action characters to create a humorous tone anchored in the real-world.
